Tim van Elferen, virtual artist and storyteller develops and designs experiences. Evolution, articifial life and interaction are key topics in his installations. T∅ reflects upon recent developments within the scientific world, as the first self-replicating bacterial cell is shown to the public. As the ability to shape organisms from scratch with the aid of modern technology comes closer, new planes of consciousness will arise.
